For the longest time, I thought there was a huge reason everyone came to the United States. I knew someone from New Zealand, Mexico, Thailand, Turkey, Canada, etc.
The land of the free and the home of the brave.
The land of opportunity.
The American Dream!
Now, I think time has caught up with the ideal.
What’s made me think about this lately is the show The Amazing Race. You get to see these people in other countries. Everything looks just fine. I don’t believe TV is necessarily hiding anything. Heck, take a look at when they stop in places like India.
What’s so wrong with living in other countries?
I think about the only thing that might cause any kind of trouble is having accounts in the U.S. to pay off with a different exchange rate.
Outside of that, I’m really thinking more and more that maybe you can be successful outside the U.S.
Maybe it’s the Canadian Dream. Or the Aussie Dream. Or the Kiwi Dream. Or the Irish Dream…
